As a trained mediator with U.S. Arbitration of the Northeast (Philadelphia), Lori Serratelli mediated personal injury matters as part of her law practice.   As a Judge on the bench, she handled a good portion of the pre-trial civil matters and used her mediation skills to resolve many disputes.
