Neil E Hendershot, Esq., who joined the Firm on August 16, 2010, recently posted new entries on his Blog, the PA Elder, Estate & Fiduciary Law Blog.

Neil started his Blog in August, 2006; and its description has changed little since then:

A blog & resource by a practicing & teaching lawyer in Pennsylvania for law students, consumers, & professionals about Elder Law, senior lifestyles, long-term care, "End-of-Life" & health care surrogate decision-making, estate & personal planning, fiduciary administrations (by agents under powers of attorney, custodians, guardians, executors/administrators, & trustees), elders' dispute resolution, and Orphans' Court litigation in this Commonwealth, with reference to trends nationally.

Since blogging is an extra-curricular activity for most lawyers, including Neil, he makes postings periodically. Neil has made approximately 675 postings on various topics. The Blog is informational, containing many links and resources; but it is not interactive, intentionally.

All postings are retained long-term and indexed on the Blog site for reference. His Blog postings rate quite highly in Internet search results on various topics. For example, type "Pennsylvania Elder Law" into the Google search engine, and his Blog site will appear on the first page of the search results, as number 5 out of 566,000 hits.

While viewing the Blog online, anyone with an e-mail address can sign up for an anonymous "RSS" feed from various providers, and then receive notifications at that email address of Neil's new postings.

In the future, notice of Neil's Blog postings likely will appear on the homepage of the Firm's website.
