Ronald l. Calhoon practices primarily in the area of employment law, with an emphasis on representing employees in worker's compensation proceedings. As an attorney/advisor for the United States Department of labor, Mr. Calhoon analyzed workers' compensation claims, and has advised administrative law judges. Following his service with the Department, he has successfully represented thousands of individuals seeking benefits under the Pennsylvania Worker's Compensation Act. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1985, he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from Boston University. He is a member of the Dauphin County and American Bar Associations. Mr. Calhoon has served as the Chairman of the Dauphin County Bar Associations' Section on Worker's Compensation. By maintaining active involvement in the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pennsylvania Associations' Workers' Compensation Sections and the American Bar Association Section on Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Calhoon maintains his current knowledge of the changes in employment law. He lectures frequently on employee's rights on behalf of employee organizations and various legal organizations. Mr. Calhoon joined the firm in August of 1991.
