Deborah L. Packer concentrates her practice in the field of workers compensation matters.

Prior to joining Serratelli, Schiffman, Brown & Calhoon, P .C., Ms. Packer practiced in the fields of workers compensation, real estate, domestic relations, and personal injury law. Ms. Packer, who joined the firm in 1998, has lectured on personal injury law and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Ms. Packer graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1976, received her Master of Public Administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 1977, and received her Juris Doctorate in 1982 from the New York Law School. She was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 1982, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania in 1982 and the Eastern District in 1992.

Ms. Packer is married with three children and resides in the Harrisburg area. She is an adjunct professor at Harrisburg Area Community College.
